Something Amazing is Coming

The Everyday Marksman forum launched nearly a year ago. In that time, we’ve learned a lot about one another and running a small tightknit community. Now it’s time for the next evolution, a brand new place for you to connect with other marksmen just like you online and in the real world. It’s almost ready, and it’s going to be an invitation-only affair. But now is your chance to get on the waiting list and get invited the day the doors open up.

I can’t wait to show you more.

This will be my scoring thread for the push-up challenge.

I foresee 2 main issues.

#1: Finding the time to do 100 push-ups a day.  Yesterday morning, for unrelated purposes, I wanted to see how many push-ups I could do in a row and topped out at 15.  That means at least 7 sets a day (six of 15, one of 10) to hit the century mark.  That's not entirely undoable, except for...

#2: Filming each push-up.  Setting up my camera/phone 6 or 7 times a day, every day for 30 days is going to be a massive hassle.  I'm going to try to do it, but I can see this becoming a barrier to my goal.  I'm just glad to see that this is optional.

You don't need to film every pushup for this. If you're going for level 2, it only requires a single video of 100 pushups. You could save that for the end.

@matt Oh, then I'll shoot for that.

@sunshine-shooter

If you don't mind some advice, because your current limit is 15 don't do sets of 15. If you train to failure you're teaching your nervous system to fail.  The best advice I was given was always "leave something in the tank" when you're done. You'll be way better off doing 10 sets of ten rather than 7 sets of fifteen.
